"How long does shipping take? I need my item YESTERDAY!"
Trust us, we totally get it! When we order online we expect our items ASAP and free shipping as well. Typically, you'll get a shipping notification that your order has shipped within about 1-4 business days after you placed your order.
However, we're only human (well two of us are, one is a dog) so occasionally when we got bombarded with orders it can take a little longer. During holidays, special events, or on the rare occasion we run a huge sale, it can take closer to 7-10 business days. If you need something asap, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us what's up!
And no, we can't guarantee a specific delivery date simply because we work with the USPS and they always need a day or two for wiggle room.

"Can I exchange my item?"
Exchanges Only, and only within the U.S. Only items that have not been worn or washed.
Due to lighting and variation of photos, occasionally items may appear slightly darker (or lighter ) in person . This seems to be the case mostly with grey sweatshirts and tees. If you’re not happy just send us an email at email@example.com and we’ll get an exchange started for you.
